Article 1: Buying online
The customer has the option to buy items from the Marlière range online.
Purchases can be paid for online only (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Marlière works with the payment system Mollie, one of the safest payment systems in the world.
The purchase has been finalised once the customer receives a confirmation e-mail from Marlière.

Article 2: Reservation of title
Goods supplied remain the exclusive property of Marlière until such time as the customer has paid for them in full.
However, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

Article 3: Orders
To place an order on the Marlière website, the customer selects the desired item, the size and colour combination and puts it in the ‘shopping basket’.
As long as the items are still in the basket, the customer can change the order at any time. To confirm the order, the customer needs to select a delivery and payment method. Once the payment process has been executed, the order is final and can no longer be changed. Make sure to enter the correct delivery address so that the goods are delivered to the right address. The customer will receive a first e-mail, confirming his order. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a second e-mail. Validating an order form amounts to an electronic signature which has the same value as a hand-written signature and serves as proof that the customer has placed an order and is liable for the amounts due in performance of the order in question.

Article 4: Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address the customer entered at the time of ordering.
Deliveries within Belgium normally take 2 to 3 working days and are performed free of charge. Shipment costs for international deliveries will depend on the country of destination and on the total order amount.
In the case of international orders, customers shall, aside from the purchase price, also be liable for the shipping costs. Delivery lead times are indicative only. Customers are not entitled to damages, to cancel an order or to rescind the agreement in cases where delivery lead times are exceeded. Please check the goods as soon as they have been delivered.
